To all renters and home owners...make sure that you read about the new federal law that went into effect on May 20 2009.
In a nutshell, all tenants must be given a 90 day notice before Eviction due to foreclosure on your rented home. With some exceptions, tenants with leases can stay for the entire term of the lease. More can be read about the full law here...http://www.dfi.ca.gov/cfpa/default.asp
